M - Measurable
A - Action Plans
R - Realistic
T - Time

Specifically => List down your goals in details.
eg, to do front spilt, instead of just stating do more basic wushu exercise.

Measurable => How do you determine that you have reach your goal?
ie, straighten both legs and flat on the ground.

Action Plans - Describe the actions take to ensure success.
ie, do front spilt for 5 mins for 14 days, increase another 5 mins per week till achieve goal.

Realistic - Evaluate your goal, whether is it realistic, attainable.

Time - State a time frame for your goals.
ie, 3 months to achieve this goal.
